Demand Letitia James step down as NY Attorney General for illegally weaponizing the justice system against constitutional liberties.
Whereas Anti-weaponization Czar Ed Martin is demanding NY Attorney General Letitia James to step down amidst investigations into her alleged “40-year pattern” of illegal activity, including mortgage fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud and falsifying statements to financial institutions.
Whereas AG James has been illicitly abusing NY’s justice system to enforce her extreme social agenda, SLAPPing (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation) those who disagree with her political ideology, such as President Trump and pro-life organizations like non-profit pregnancy centers providing free medical care and support to women facing unplanned pregnancy, with bogus fraud lawsuits for crimes that do not exist in law.
Whereas AG James’ weaponization of the justice system amounts to a “[Conspiracy] to violate the constitutional rights of the politically disfavored [which] will only serve to dismantle American rule of law.”
Whereas AG James illegally conspired with private tech companies to censor conservative speech.
Whereas After the passage of New State Constitutional Amendment, Prop 1, creating new civil rights, “enshrining reproductive freedoms” (aka abortion and transgender rights over religious liberty and parental rights), AG James with Gov. Hochul launched the Stalinistic Empire State Freedom Initiative to seek out and prosecute violators of the new civil rights.
Whereas AG James is SLAPPing pregnancy centers for what she claims is false and misleading education when, in point of fact, the groups are telling women the truth that chemical abortion harms women and can be reversed through emergency progesterone treatment.
Whereas SLAPP stands for Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation. One source explains, “Such lawsuits turn the justice system into a weapon, and have a serious chilling effect on the free speech that is so vital to the public interest.”
Whereas James’ accusations against pregnancy centers are contrary to a review of 16 medical studies supporting the pro-lifer’s education. She also continues to ignore recent revelations that chemical abortion sends one in ten women to the emergency room. Astoundingly, James is also ignoring the fact that the abortion industry is in legal hot water for deceptively claiming the drug is “safer than Tylenol” while the FDA itself began a “complete review” of the safety of the drug.
